The private villa is located in the south part of Rethymno, at a distance of only 2.6 km from the historic and commercial centre of the Prefecture. The nearest museum is at a distance of 3.1 km and the sandy beach only 1.5 km from the villa. You can use any transportation even go on foot, since the 2.6 km route is very interesting and the path will bring you to direct contact to the verdant surrounding, and will reward you with a great mountain, sea and green view. Furthermore the nearest and biggest hospital of the Prefecture is located 3.2 km from the residence, which provides you security in case of an accident. If you are visiting Crete by plane you should know that the driving distance from the airport of Heraklion is 81.5 km and from the airport of Chania 72.4 km.
